Although former Boston Celtics player Malcolm Brogdon never officially listed his home in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts, a picturesque suburb of the city, it still sold for $4.525 million in less than a week, as reported by Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who represented Brogdon in the transaction. Brogdon, aged 30, acquired the property in the affluent Cliff Estates neighborhood in August 2022 for $4.4 million, according to PropertyShark records. Following his brief stint of just over a year with the Celtics, the point guard was traded to the Portland Trail Blazers in October.

Mansion Global was unable to ascertain the identity of the buyer, and listing agent Manny Sarkis, a partner at the Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, declined to disclose it, stating only that they are local residents. Property records had not yet been made publicly available.
