Hollywood star Hugh Jackman has listed his striking West Village triplex in Manhattan for $38.9 million, turning heads in New York’s ultra-luxury real estate market.
The Australian-born actor and his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, purchased the expansive residence for $21 million in 2008, records show. After more than 14 years in the home, the couple is ready to move on—while remaining firmly rooted in New York City.

“They’ve absolutely loved the apartment and the building, but felt it was time for something new,” said Deborah Grubman of Corcoran, who is co-listing the property with David Adler and Paul Albano.

A Rare Richard Meier–Designed Residence
Set within the boutique Meier South Tower, the approximately 11,000-square-foot home spans the eighth, ninth, and 10th floors. It is the only individual residence in the building personally designed by architect Richard Meier, making it a rare architectural offering in the West Village.

Floor-to-ceiling glass walls frame sweeping Hudson River views, while a dramatic double-height great room anchors the main entertaining level.
“The scale is extraordinary—not just in square footage, but in volume,” Grubman said. “The west-facing exposure delivers unforgettable sunsets, river traffic, and Statue of Liberty views. It’s truly a postcard of New York.”

Designed for Entertaining and Privacy
The eighth floor houses four en-suite bedrooms, along with a recreation room, library or guest bedroom, and a terrace overlooking the river. The ninth floor features the expansive great room with fireplace, formal dining space, a home office, and a professional-grade kitchen outfitted with marble countertops and panoramic views.

The entire 10th floor is dedicated to the primary suite, which includes a private studio or fitness area and a spa-style bathroom with dual vanities and a soaking tub positioned to capture the water views. A sleek white spiral staircase connects all three levels.

Boutique Living in the Heart of the West Village
Residents of the Meier South Tower enjoy a fitness center, full-time doorman and concierge services, and direct access to Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Perry Street Restaurant.

“It’s an intimate, impeccably run building,” Grubman added. “They raised their children here and truly cherished their time in this home.”
The property officially hit the market earlier this week. Jackman, who is currently starring in Broadway’s The Music Man, was not immediately available for comment.
