With a lucrative four-year, $94 million contract extension in hand, which includes a hefty $19 million base salary for 2024, Maxx Crosby, a three-time Pro Bowler in the NFL, has made the decision to invest some of those earnings in a luxurious Las Vegas residence located in the prestigious guard-gated Mountain Trails enclave within the Summerlin community. The purchase price for the estate, just over $5.6 million, was first reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Crosby, affectionately known as “Madd Maxx” by Las Vegas Raiders fans, managed to secure a favorable deal on the modern property, which was initially listed by local dentist Bill Dickerson for nearly $13 million in winter 2020. Records indicate that Dickerson acquired the home for $2.8 million in 2003 and later expanded it by combining the adjacent lot, adding a second structure featuring an extravagant indoor basketball court complete with an upstairs viewing gallery, fireside lounge, kitchenette, and panoramic views of the valley.
An al fresco lounging and entertaining space.
Built in 2002 on a 1.2-acre lot, Crosby’s new estate boasts seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and over 20,500 square feet of living space across two levels. The interior is adorned with marble floors, high ceilings, and expansive walls of glass. In addition to the basketball court, notable amenities include a movie theater, wine cellar, billiards room, and gym.
The lushly landscaped grounds.
The entrance to the stucco and terracotta-roofed dwelling features a gated motorcourt with space for six cars, while a separate gated entrance leads to the front door through a fountain-adorned walkway. Inside, an expansive double-height great room encompasses a sunken dining room, fireplace, wet bar-equipped living area, family room, and gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, dual islands, top-tier stainless appliances, and a walk-in pantry.

Upstairs, a luxurious master retreat offers a window-lined sitting area, private balcony, walk-in closet, and spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanities and a marble-clad soaking tub. The landscaped grounds feature a boulder-laced swimming pool and spa, in-ground trampoline, built-in barbecue, fire-pit, and multiple areas for outdoor lounging and entertaining.

In addition to their new Summerlin estate, Crosby and his wife Rachel Washburn reportedly maintain a nearly 3,000-square-foot home in Henderson, Nevada, which they acquired for $480,000 in 2020. The listing was represented by Austin Sherwood of Luxury Estates International, with Kathie Castro of Realty ONE Group Southwest representing the buyers.
