DeGeneres acquired the 22-acre oceanfront property from a retired hedge fund manager who initially listed the home for over $100 million. Referred to as the ‘Sanctuary at Look Point,’ the property consists of three separate but adjacent lots on Padaro Lane.

Beyond the Tuscan-style mansion, the estate features another smaller home and a lake. Notably, the property offers direct beach access via a private trail.
