Bethenny Frankel’s longtime Hamptons residence is now on the market for $6 million

Now that Bethenny Frankel has settled into her new $5.4 million summer home on Shinnecock Bay—where she’s been spotted cruising around with her daughter Bryn in a vintage Bronco and enjoying paddleboarding from her private beach—the Real Housewives of New York City alum and Skinnygirl Cocktails entrepreneur has decided to put her longtime Bridgehampton residence on the market. She’s listing the property with Noble Black and Erica Grossman of Douglas Elliman for just under $6 million.

Frankel purchased the home on Lumber Lane for $2 million in 2013 and later added a neighboring property for $650,000. This purchase was one of her first major acquisitions following the sale of Skinnygirl to Beam Global in 2011 for an estimated $100 million.

The 1.4-acre property, which is secluded behind gates and hedges, features a shingle-clad main house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across 2,500 square feet. The home has been extensively remodeled during Frankel’s ownership, showcasing honey-hued hardwood floors and designer finishes. The property includes a detached one-car garage and a separate one-bedroom, one-bath guest cottage with its own kitchen and living area.

The main house boasts a living room with a brick-surround fireplace and access to a bluestone patio, a remodeled kitchen with bespoke millwork, an eat-in island, high-end Viking appliances, and a dining area. A cozy sunroom is adjacent to the kitchen, and an en-suite bedroom on the main floor currently serves as a den. Upstairs, there are four additional bedrooms, including a primary suite with a balcony, a spa-like bathroom featuring dual vanities and a vintage-style soaking tub. The picturesque grounds include gardens, a pool and spa, a poolhouse with a half-bath and kitchen setup, and ample space for outdoor entertaining.

In addition to her Hamptons properties, the 53-year-old Frankel also owns a primary residence in Greenwich, Connecticut, and pied-à-terres in Manhattan and South Florida. A seasoned real estate investor, she has bought and sold numerous properties in Greenwich and the Hamptons, including a historic Bridgehampton home known as Morning Glory, which sold for nearly $2.3 million in 2020.
