Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne List 1929 Hancock Park Estate for $18 Million

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have officially listed their historic Los Angeles estate in Hancock Park for $18 million, californialuxuryhouses has learned.

The Mediterranean-style mansion spans 11,565 square feet and dates back to 1929, offering a rare blend of preserved architectural character and modern luxury in one of L.A.’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

A Landmark Hancock Park Home by Architect A.K. Kellogg

Designed by noted architect A.K. Kellogg, the residence showcases period craftsmanship rarely found today, including ornate carved doorways, original fireplaces, and custom millwork throughout.

According to listing agents Jonah Wilson and Joshua Greer of Hilton & Hyland, historic homes of this caliber are increasingly scarce in Los Angeles, making Hancock Park a magnet for collectors of legacy estates.

Vintage Glamour Meets Modern Luxury

While the home honors its heritage, the Osbournes have carefully introduced modern comforts. Highlights include a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast nook, and seamless access to an outdoor dining area equipped with a pizza oven and barbecue.

One of the home’s standout features is a red velvet screening room, complete with a signed chalkboard bearing the names of Hollywood legends such as Natalie Wood and Mel Tormé—a nod to the estate’s deep entertainment ties.

Expanded Primary Suite and Resort-Style Grounds

The primary bedroom suite was significantly expanded to include dual bathrooms and dressing rooms, while additional ensuite bedrooms occupy the upper level. A guest apartment above the garage and an elevator further enhance livability.

Outside, manicured gardens surround a mosaic-tiled swimming pool, creating a private, resort-like setting in the heart of the city.

A Move Back to the U.K.

The Osbournes, who purchased the home in 2012 for nearly $12 million, are preparing to relocate permanently to the U.K., where they have long maintained an estate in Buckinghamshire.

Representatives for the couple did not respond to requests for comment prior to publication.
