Situated on a vast 12-acre property, it boasts a total of 16 bedrooms and 13.5 baths between its main residence and charming pool house.

Located in Bridgehampton, a luxurious hamlet on Long Island, it stands among several impressive properties, with the median home price estimated just under $4 million.

Sandcastle has hosted a roster of A-list celebrities, including Madonna, Justin Bieber, and the musical powerhouse couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z, whose daughter Blue Ivy spent her first summer there.

Outdoor amenities include a tennis court, a huge swimming pool, and an oversized hot tub.

Aside from the musical power couple, celebrities like Justin Bieber and Madonna have also stayed at the home.

The property is listed for an eye-watering $37 million, following a sizable price cut of $13 million.

The property also features a charming poolside cottage.

The mega-mansion is filled with spaces to entertain and seat guests.

The spacious foyer opens into a formal living room and a gourmet chef’s kitchen.

The home boasts a combined 16 bedrooms and 13.5 baths.

The main residence features nine full bathrooms and five half baths.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z rented the mansion for $400,000 in August 2012. The sprawling main residence stretches across 17,000 square feet, featuring a dozen bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and five half baths.

A majestic foyer leads into an elegant formal living room and a gourmet chef’s kitchen. Sandcastle is a foodie’s heaven, with a secondary prep kitchen, butler’s pantry, wine room, and an exquisite formal dining room.

The main level also houses a library, a ten-seat theater, a mudroom, a screened porch, and large covered porches.

The second level includes a 2,000-square-foot master suite, along with five en-suite guest rooms, an upstairs living area, and a separate two-bedroom guest apartment.
