This luxurious gated house recently sold for $4.9 million, though there’s no evidence suggesting Irving was the buyer.

Irving’s real estate portfolio isn’t limited to Texas. He still owns properties in New Jersey from his time with the Nets. One of these is a three-bedroom loft in Union City, NJ, which he bought for $925,000 in 2019. Additionally, he owns a sprawling nine-bedroom home in West Orange, NJ.
