Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has once again placed two neighboring Hidden Hills estates on the market, this time with a combined asking price of $13.5 million—a full million more than their previous listing.

The NFL star and his wife, Kelly, purchased the side-by-side 1950s ranch-style residences from music icon Aubrey “Drake” Graham in 2022, paying $11 million in total. At the time, Drake had already begun dismantling his sprawling YOLO Estate, which originally hit the market for $22.2 million. Records show the Staffords paid $5 million for 5840 Round Meadow Road and $6 million for 5854 Round Meadow Road, outbidding Drake’s initial combined ask of $7.4 million.

Refreshed Listings with Upgrades
According to listing agent Michelle Graci of The Beverly Hills Estates, the properties were briefly pulled from the market to accommodate visiting Rams teammates and coaches. They now return with fresh enhancements and updated pricing that reflect the enclave’s rising demand, along with the exceptional privacy and 24/7 security that the guard-gated Hidden Hills community provides.

5840 Round Meadow Road – $6.5 Million
Set on 1.6 landscaped acres, this four-bedroom, five-bath home spans more than 3,600 square feet. Hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and multiple fireplaces create a warm, contemporary ranch vibe. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect the interiors to a serene outdoor lounge with a heated pool, pool house, and a fully equipped barbecue and pizza oven. An 800-square-foot guesthouse provides extra space for visitors.

5854 Round Meadow Road – Nearly $7 Million
Next door, the second estate sits on two private acres with a dedicated horse trail. The 2,400-square-foot home offers three bedrooms and three baths, showcasing vaulted wood-beam ceilings, an antique brick fireplace, and built-in seating that recalls the area’s equestrian heritage.

A Growing Hidden Hills Portfolio
Stafford’s investment in Hidden Hills has been extensive. Since arriving in Los Angeles, the Super Bowl-winning quarterback has spent more than $69 million across five properties in the celebrity-favored enclave. He retains a modern farmhouse and a boutique winery estate, while recently selling a striking glass mansion to aviation executive Bill Papariella for $21 million.
The relisting of these former Drake residences highlights the enduring appeal of Hidden Hills real estate, where lush acreage and A-list neighbors continue to command premium prices.
