YouTube star Philip DeFranco has put his hacienda-style home in Los Angeles on the market for $6.5 million

Philip DeFranco, the YouTube star known as “PhillyD,” is listing his hacienda-style home in Encino, Los Angeles, for $6.5 million. He and his wife, Lindsay, purchased the property in winter 2019 for $4.1 million. Previously, they offered it for rent at $25,000 per month.
