A tech CEO’s oceanfront mansion in Florida is on the market for nearly $22 million

After just two years of ownership, Mike Tuchen has listed his Florida estate on Hillsboro Beach for just under $22 million. The San Francisco-based tech executive and CEO of Onfido purchased the property for nearly $17 million from Russian casino owner Maxim Smolentsev in spring 2021.

Built in 2009, the elegant pink and white mansion spans almost 11,000 square feet and features five bedrooms and ten bathrooms, adorned with marble and dark hardwood floors, decorative trim, and high wood-beam ceilings. Listing agent Chad Carroll describes the estate as a pinnacle of coastal living, boasting both ocean and Intracoastal views.
