Rob Lowe is asking for $6.6 million for his Beverly Hills home

In late 2020, Rob Lowe sold his opulent Montecito estate in an off-market deal to private equity magnate Jack McGinley for $45.5 million. Following that, the West Wing and 9-1-1: Lone Star actor, along with his wife Sheryl Berkoff, embarked on an extravagant real estate shopping spree. They spent a total of $18.2 million on two additional homes in the same coastal California area—one of which was sold in 2022 for $14.9 million—and acquired a luxurious crash pad in Los Angeles for $3.75 million.

According to Realtor.com, the latter property, located in the highly desirable Franklin Canyon neighborhood of Beverly Hills, has recently reappeared on the market with an asking price of just under $6.6 million. The listing is represented by Tomer Fridman and Jacob Steagall of Compass.
