YouTuber Cody Ko and his wife, influencer Kelsey Kreppel, are back on the market with their oceanfront beach house in Malibu, originally purchased for $3.6 million in early 2021. After a few months in Reese Witherspoon’s former vacation home in the foothills above Zuma Beach, they’ve reduced the asking price from just under $4 million to $3.7 million.

The extensively renovated property, built in the early 1970s, is located in a gated community next to a mansion listed for nearly $60 million. It features a two-bedroom, two-bath main house and a detached guesthouse, totaling nearly 1,800 square feet and offering breathtaking views from the Channel Islands to Catalina.

The main two-story home boasts a living room with a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace and glass doors leading to a covered deck overlooking the Pacific. The sleek kitchen includes granite countertops and high-end stainless appliances, along with a cozy dining area. Upstairs, the two en-suite bedrooms include a glass-lined master suite with a luxurious bath featuring a stylish vanity and a soaking tub/shower combo. The guesthouse is separated from the main house by an open-air courtyard with its own large fireplace.
