Yolanda Hadid’s former Malibu mansion, famously showcased on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills starting in 2013, has hit the market for just under $35 million. The Mediterranean-style villa gained attention for its luxurious interiors, including a notable glass-front produce fridge that even had its own social media following. Hadid, a former model and TV personality known for being the mother of models Gigi, Bella, and Anwar Hadid, purchased the property in 2007 for $4.5 million.
During her ownership, Hadid extensively renovated the six-bedroom, 11-bath mansion, which she shared with her former husband, Grammy-winning composer David Foster. The property features resort-style grounds with an infinity-edge pool, fire pit, al fresco dining area, and a lemon orchard. The kitchen boasts top-tier stainless appliances, an eat-in island, and the famous fruit and vegetable fridge, nicknamed the “frantry.” The home spans nearly 11,700 square feet across three levels, offering sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica Mountains.
Among its standout features are a family room opening to a covered terrace with a fireplace, a wood-paneled study, a movie theater, and a wet bar-equipped game room. The primary suite includes a fireplace, private balcony, office nook, designer closets, and luxurious baths. The lower level features a double wine cellar, mirrored gym, massage rooms, and sauna facilities. Outdoor amenities include a four-car garage, gated motorcourt with ample parking, and stunning ocean vistas from its bluff-top location.
Hadid sold the mansion in 2015 for $19.5 million to Robert F. Smith, founder of Vista Equity Partners, and his wife Hope, who leased it to Kylie Jenner in 2019 for $450,000 per month. Since leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2016 to focus on her health and Lyme disease recovery, Hadid now resides on her Pennsylvania farm.
