Tom Brady’s nearly finished mansion on Creek Island, purchased with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen almost three years ago, is nearing completion.
Brady, who retired from his illustrious football career in February, has been constructing a new bachelor pad in Miami, estimated to cost around $11.5 million.
The former Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback acquired the property for $17 million over three years ago with Bundchen, the Brazilian supermodel he divorced in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
Newly released photos of the construction show that Brady’s Miami bachelor pad is nearing completion. The garden area of the mansion is beginning to take shape, featuring numerous palm trees, a sprawling lawn, and a waterfront swimming pool.

Construction is underway for a tree-lined driveway that guides towards a multi-car garage on the premises.
Reports indicate that the property will also benefit from the protection of a private 13-person police force in Miami.
On Christmas Eve, the retired quarterback, aged 46, shared pictures of the Brady family gathered in a ski bubble, accompanied by the lyrics, “I’ll tell you one thing, it’s always better when we’re together,” from Jack Johnson’s song, “Better Together.”
The group was warmly dressed in ski gear, including mittens, neck warmers, goggles, and helmets. Brady later posted a photo of Benji on the slopes wearing a camouflage-print ski jacket, captioned “Lil’ ripper.”
Meanwhile, he captured his youngest, Vivian, in action, filming her as she glided down the slopes before playfully spraying her dad upon coming to a swift stop on her edges. “Hockey stop,” Brady wrote, accompanied by a red heart emoji.
Construction plans for the property include a tree-lined driveway leading to a multi-car garage.
Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen finalized their divorce last October after 13 years of marriage.
