According to Icon Global, Terry Bradshaw, the former NFL quarterback, Hall of Famer, and sports broadcaster, has successfully sold his nearly 800-acre Oklahoma ranch for a last asking price of $22.5 million. The property, situated in Thackerville, Oklahoma, approximately 125 miles south of Oklahoma City and 70 miles north of Dallas, was last listed in September 2022. After being on and off the market for several years, it returned to the market last fall following a failed deal with a potential buyer, as reported by Bernard Uechtritz, the owner and founder of Icon Global. The final sales price remains undisclosed by Mansion Global.

Around 20 years ago, Bradshaw, aged 79, and his wife, Tammy, acquired the land in four separate purchases, as indicated by property records. The total amount they paid remains undisclosed by Mansion Global. Notably, the property served as the primary filming location for E! Television’s “The Bradshaw Bunch.”
There are also several barns.
Bradshaw, a mainstay on “Fox NFL Sunday” since the 1990s, described the journey to sell the ranch as “long and winding” in a statement.
“Given my own busy schedule, the demands of the TV series, evolving family needs, our equine and bovine ventures, and various other commitments, the timing and opportunities never quite aligned,” he expressed. “Moreover, I held a deep affection for this ranch, having personally constructed it from scratch, which made letting go quite challenging.”
The main residence on the property is about 8,600 square feet.
According to the listing, the main residence, spanning 8,600 square feet, boasts lofty ceilings, wood and tile flooring, wood paneling, and four elegant brick stone fireplaces. It comprises six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
Outside, a pool and a patio equipped with a full kitchen, a bar, a fireplace, a sauna, and a fire pit await. The property also features eight lakes and ponds, along with scenic riding trails. Additionally, there are multiple barns, including a 12-stall stallion barn, a 20-stall show barn complete with a tack room and wash area, and a 50-stall mare barn featuring a laboratory.
Bradshaw shared that he and his wife have secured a new property to enjoy their “sunset” years.
The home offers high ceilings, wood and tile floors, wood paneling and four brick stone fireplaces.
As stated on its website, the ranch, now named Red River Equine, is undergoing redevelopment into a breeding facility for American Quarter Horses. According to Icon, the operation is a joint venture between two couples: Billy and Suzzone Franks from Texas, and Chad and Tiffany Beus, who are relocating from Utah.

“The expansive acreage, coupled with the existing infrastructure and top-notch facilities from the longstanding Bradshaw enterprise, provided an ideal foundation to not only kickstart our endeavors but also crucially to enhance, expand, and diversify,” remarked Beus in a statement.
