Ronda Rousey Scores a Buyer for Her $1 Million Vacation Home in Southern California

While waiting for a buyer for her charming and efficiently designed bungalow in the oceanside Venice Beach neighborhood of Los Angeles, Ronda Rousey has been busy finalizing the sale of her 4.5-acre vacation home in Running Springs, a mountaintop community in Southern California, about 90 miles east of Los Angeles and roughly 20 miles east of Big Bear Lake. The retired UFC and WWE star has now secured a contract for the hillside property, which was recently listed just below $1 million—approximately $235,000 more than what she paid for it a little over six years ago. Christina Thomas of Goat & Dime holds the listing.

Constructed in the early 1990s and purchased by Rousey for $765,000 in spring 2018, the green-brick accented home is located in the Rimwood Ranch equestrian neighborhood. It features four bedrooms and four bathrooms within over 3,700 square feet of two-level living space. The recently updated interiors have a contemporary feel with a blend of hardwood and carpeted floors, high ceilings, and an open-concept design. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a central island, a breakfast bar, newer stainless steel appliances, a workstation, and a casual dining area.

There’s also a loft-style game room with a built-in wet bar. The upstairs primary suite features a fireside lounge area, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with dual vanities, a spa tub, and a glass-enclosed shower.

At 37, Rousey currently owns two ranch properties in California and Oregon, collectively known as Browsey Acres, where she raises Wagyu beef and pasture-raised chicken with her former UFC competitor husband, Travis Browne. In Los Angeles, her two-bedroom, one-bath home in Venice Beach is recently listed for nearly $1.9 million.
