Anthony Kiedis, the frontman of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, purchased a Tuscan-style home in Beverly Hills in 2004, around the time the band was recording their Grammy-winning album Stadium Arcadium. Kiedis lived at the gated residence on Davis Drive until 2007, when he sold it to screenwriter-director Akiva Goldsman, known for the Oscar-winning film A Beautiful Mind.
Goldsman later sold the three-and-a-half-acre property in 2018 for $7.8 million to Seagram heir Eli Bronfman and his then-wife, Nicole Gertner. After their split in 2022, the estate transferred to Gertner while Bronfman moved on to buy a $35 million bachelor pad in New York City. Now, Gertner is putting Kiedis’s former home back on the market for $11.25 million. The listing is shared by Carl Gambino and Alyson Richards of Compass along with Drew Fenton at Carolwood Real Estate.
Originally built in 1951, the 6,000-square-foot home features five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths, exuding Old World charm, complete with a preserved bell tower.
