Anthony Kiedis, the frontman of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, purchased a Tuscan-style home in Beverly Hills in 2004, around the time the band was recording their Grammy-winning album Stadium Arcadium. Kiedis lived at the gated residence on Davis Drive until 2007, when he sold it to screenwriter-director Akiva Goldsman, known for the Oscar-winning film A Beautiful Mind.
Goldsman later sold the three-and-a-half-acre property in 2018 for $7.8 million to Seagram heir Eli Bronfman and his then-wife, Nicole Gertner. After their split in 2022, the estate transferred to Gertner while Bronfman moved on to buy a $35 million bachelor pad in New York City. Now, Gertner is putting Kiedis’s former home back on the market for $11.25 million. The listing is shared by Carl Gambino and Alyson Richards of Compass along with Drew Fenton at Carolwood Real Estate.

Inside, the residence boasts elegant paned windows, French doors, exposed beam ceilings, and grand fireplaces, with an abundance of terracotta tile, natural stone, raw wood, and wrought-iron details.

The luxurious primary suite occupies the second level, featuring private balconies, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom.
