Originally designed by modernist architect Phil Brown and completed in the early 1960s, the home was occupied by Swedish actor Alexander Skarsgård before Mara. Over the years, it has been restored and updated, featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms within approximately 2,500 square feet of single-level living space, highlighted by gleaming terrazzo floors. Nestled at the end of a private cul-de-sac on nearly a quarter-acre, the steel and glass structure is accessed via a long, foliage-lined driveway and a gated entrance.

Additional features include a den/office and a primary suite with a spa-inspired bathroom equipped with dual vanities, a dressing area, and a shower. A soaking tub surrounded by a wooden deck and towering trees is just outside the bathroom. The picturesque grounds also include a tiered backyard garden with a view of the Hollywood sign, along with an attached three-car garage.

Though perhaps less well-known than her younger siblings Kelly and Jack Osbourne, who starred in the reality show The Osbournes from 2002 to 2005, 41-year-old Aimée found mainstream acting success in MTV’s 2003 adaptation of Wuthering Heights. She has also done voiceover work for the animated film Postman Pat: The Movie in 2014, and began recording music as the lead singer of the synth-pop band ARO in 2010.
