One of Jeremy Renner’s previously renovated homes has returned to the market in Los Angeles, now listed for $6.5 million

In 2008, Jeremy Renner and his business partner Kristoffer Winters purchased a Greek Revival-style estate in Hollywood Hills for around $1.5 million. After renovating the property, they sold it for a $2.4 million profit in 2009.
