The condo features three bedrooms and four bathrooms within just over 2,000 square feet. Its modern design includes marble and wood floors, high ceilings, and walls of glass. All furnishings are available for purchase at a negotiated price. The private elevator entry opens into an open-plan great room with a living area that leads to a balcony via sliding glass doors. The adjacent dining room connects to a kitchen equipped with Italian-style cabinetry, stone countertops, a center island, an eat-in peninsula, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a wine fridge, and a built-in espresso maker. A glass-lined staircase leads to the lower level, where the spacious primary suite includes its own balcony, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a shower.

Bosa, son of former NFL player John Bosa and younger brother of Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Joey Bosa, recently signed a record five-year, $170 million contract extension with the 49ers. This makes the 26-year-old the highest-paid defensive player in NFL history, with an average annual salary of $34 million. He is rumored to be searching for a new home on the West Coast.
