“Million Dollar Listing” star Fredrik Eklund is listing his vibrant Beverly Hills mansion for $11 million

Although he referred to it as his “forever home” in a 2021 Architectural Digest article, Fredrik Eklund is already looking to sell the Beverly Hills estate he and his artist husband Derek Kaplan purchased just two years ago. The property is listed for $11 million, reflecting a $4 million increase in price since their acquisition.

An al fresco lounging patio is abutted by a grassy lawn.
The pool and spa area is flanked by a sundeck.
A backyard barbecue and bar setup is ideal for entertaining guests.
Another bedroom on the ground floor is currently being used as a gym.
A vividly hued office space has its own entrance.
A powder room is decked out with Svenskt Tenn wallpaper.
An upper-level bedroom has been converted into a screening room equipped with a professional-grade projector and THX screen.
A luxe primary bedroom comes complete with sunset-themed wallcoverings, a stone fireplace and private balcony.
A spa-like primary bath is highlighted by dual vanities, a Waterworks tub and patterned floor incorporating several shades of blush marble.
Per the listing, the primary bedroom offers a “boutique-worthy” walk-in closet.
An al fresco dining area is decorated with woven lanterns hanging from mature olive trees.
The couple’s 4-year-old twins each have their own bedroom.

Built in 2017, the East Coast traditional home has been fully transformed during the couple’s ownership in collaboration with renowned New York interior designer Paris Forino, showcasing every imaginable shade of pink and blush. Known affectionately as the “Color House,” the wood-sided residence sits on over a third of an acre in the Coldwater Canyon neighborhood and features seven bedrooms and eight baths across more than 5,600 square feet.

An inviting front porch is bolstered by a hanging swing and trough-style fountain.

A gated driveway leads to a spacious motor court flanked by a single-car garage and a charming front porch draped in ivy. Inside, a double-height foyer illuminated by an Apparatus cloud chandelier opens into a sitting room with a copper and black marble fireplace, along with a playful dining room featuring a whimsical necklace chandelier.

A two-story foyer is topped by an Apparatus cloud chandelier.

Further back, the open-concept great room is bathed in natural light from walls of glass that lead to the backyard. It boasts a stylish kitchen in copper, blue, and pink, complete with a bespoke L’Atelier Paris range, a large leather-finished marble island, and a cozy breakfast nook with a built-in banquette adorned with Kvadrat and Svenstk Tenn fabrics. An adjacent family room showcases a marble fireplace and a ceiling-high integrated LED-lighted bookcase.

A sitting room flows to a formal dining area adorned with a necklace light fixture.

Additional features include a screening room, gym, cold plunge, infrared sauna, and an office that can be separated by ribbed glass doors. The master retreat features Phillip Jeffries wallpaper, a fireside sitting area, a private balcony, and a “boutique-worthy” walk-in closet, along with a luxurious bath equipped with marble flooring, dual vanities with LED mirrors, and a freestanding Waterworks tub.

The family room is spotlighted by a marble-clad fireplace and built-in, floor-to-ceiling bookcase.

Outdoors, the resort-style grounds are lined with mature olive trees and include a lap pool and spa, a barbecue and bar area, and inviting spaces for al fresco lounging and entertaining. In addition to the Beverly Hills property, which is also available for lease at $50,000 per month, Eklund maintains a stylish home in Connecticut, purchased in 2016 for nearly $3 million. He has reportedly relocated to Miami, where he’s busy expanding his real estate business.

The gourmet kitchen has copper countertops, an eat-in island, a high-end L’Atelier Paris range and breakfast nook with banquette seating.
