DailyMailTV exclusively reveals that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been living in an ultra-luxury Beverly Hills hideout owned by Hollywood tycoon Tyler Perry.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, along with their one-year-old son Archie, have been residing in the $18 million mansion in Beverly Hills since relocating to LA in late March. They had previously been staying in a waterfront home in Vancouver Island following their announcement of stepping down from royal duties in January. However, they decided to move to California after Canada imposed travel restrictions due to COVID-19. Despite living in Tyler Perry’s luxurious estate, the couple has not been seen in public with him. It’s believed they met through their mutual close friend Oprah Winfrey. The couple has been spotted only a few times since their move, volunteering for a local charity and taking their dogs for walks. Perry’s mansion, boasting eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms, sits atop a hill in the exclusive Beverly Ridge Estates, offering stunning views of the city from the backyard. It’s unclear whether Harry and Meghan are renting the property or staying there as guests, as there is no record of the mansion being sold.

Sources indicate that The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, along with their one-year-old son Archie, have considered the $18 million mansion their home since relocating to LA at the end of March.
A source disclosed to DailyMailTV: “Meghan and Harry have been extremely cautious about keeping their base in LA under wraps. They have been at this property for a month without anyone finding out.”
The couple has only been seen a few times since their move to Los Angeles, initially volunteering for a local charity, delivering food to individuals more vulnerable to catching coronavirus (as pictured), and also taking their beloved dogs for walks.
Both the Sussexes and Perry, who boasts a net worth of $600 million, regard the iconic talk show host and businesswoman as their Hollywood mentor. Oprah even holds the role of godmother to Perry’s five-year-old son Aman, and she was present at the house where Meghan and Harry currently reside for the little boy’s christening party back in 2015. The Duke and Duchess are presently collaborating on a documentary series with Oprah, while Perry has previously partnered with Oprah’s OWN television channel. According to a source from DailyMail.coм, “Meghan and Harry have been extremely cautious about keeping their base in LA under wraps. Their team helped them wisely choose the location for their transition to Los Angeles.”
“Beverly Ridge has its own guarded gate, and Tyler’s property has its own gate, which is monitored by their security team. Beverly Ridge is an excellent place to stay out of sight. The neighbors consist mostly of old money and mega-rich business types rather than show business gossips. It’s needless to say that the location is stunning — one of the most beautiful and desirable areas in LA.”
The couple has never been seen in public with Perry, but it is believed that they met him through their mutual close friend Oprah Winfrey.

Perry is best known for his portrayal of the feisty character Madea (pictured) in a series of hit films. He amassed his fortune as a movie and TV actor, writer, director, and producer and is estimated to be worth $600 million. He was named the richest man in entertainment by Forbes magazine in 2011.
“Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family” is scheduled to be released worldwide online on August 11, with the hard copy available for sale from August 20. Pre-orders for the book were released over the weekend.
Perry is also renowned for flipping properties, having sold a mansion in the private community of Mulholland Estates in Beverly Hills to singer Pharrell Williams for $15.6 million in 2018.
Archie’s first birthday was celebrated at Perry’s home, with the couple enjoying a ‘smash cake’ and Zoom chats with friends and family, as reported by People magazine.
A video of Meghan reading to Archie was shared last week on the Save the Children Instagram account. Oprah, 66, is believed to have gifted Archie a substantial collection of children’s books, including the story “Duck! Rabbit!” that the Duchess read in the video.
