The actor and entrepreneur traded his West Coast mega-estate for a newly revamped Italian-inspired mansion in one of South Florida’s most exclusive enclaves.

A Fresh Florida Chapter for Mark Wahlberg
Hollywood heavyweight Mark Wahlberg, 54, has expanded his impressive real estate portfolio once again—this time trading the hills of Los Angeles for the shores of South Florida. The Ted and Uncharted star just dropped $37 million on a newly refurbished mansion in Delray Beach’s Stone Creek Ranch, an ultra-exclusive enclave often referred to as “Billionaires Row.”

The Italian-inspired property, known as Palazzo di Lago, was sold fully furnished by developer Aldo Stark, who originally bought the 2.7-acre estate in January for $26 million before giving it a complete top-to-bottom overhaul. The home hit the market again in March for $45 million, and Wahlberg—represented by Michael Costello of Compass—ultimately secured the property for $37 million. The listing was held by Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman.
A Lake Como–Inspired Architectural Masterpiece
Originally built in 2017, the sprawling 18,200-square-foot residence takes design cues from the romance and sophistication of Lake Como, with interiors described as “an ode to elegance, privacy, and security.”

The main house features seven bedrooms, ten full bathrooms, and two powder rooms, along with a host of ultra-luxury amenities: a home theater, cigar lounge with advanced air filtration, wine cellar, gym, sauna, and a guesthouse. The estate also offers a seven-car garage and a resort-style saltwater lagoon pool that holds an astonishing 170,000 gallons of water.

According to the listing, Palazzo di Lago embodies “the pinnacle of luxury living in South Florida,” with handcrafted finishes, imported materials, and custom-designed crystal chandeliers that cast an ethereal glow throughout the home.

Luxury, Privacy, and Wellness
As a self-professed fitness fanatic, Wahlberg is likely to be drawn to the property’s wellness wing, which includes a fully equipped gym, sauna, massage room, and access to a private tennis court. Outside, lush landscaping surrounds the estate’s lagoon pool, cabana with kitchen and bar, and multiple entertaining terraces, offering the perfect mix of seclusion and resort-style comfort.

The community of Stone Creek Ranch is renowned for its security and exclusivity—traits that continue to attract billionaires, athletes, and celebrities seeking a discreet lifestyle just minutes from Palm Beach.

From Beverly Hills to the Sunshine State
Wahlberg’s Florida purchase follows his high-profile sale of his Beverly Hills estate to Paris Hilton earlier this year for $63.1 million. The six-acre compound, located in the gated Beverly Park community, was designed by celebrated architect Richard Landry and included 12 bedrooms, 20 bathrooms, a golf course, skate park, sports court, home theater, and a resort-style pool.

The actor initially bought the land for $8.25 million in 2009, building his dream home for his family before eventually listing it in 2022. He originally sought $87.5 million, before lowering the price and finding a buyer nearly a year later.
Since relocating, Wahlberg has been open about his decision to move away from California, citing his desire to provide “a better life” for his four children in Nevada, where he initially purchased a $14.5 million home in the Summit Club in Las Vegas before selling it and planning a custom build in the area.
A Star’s Ever-Evolving Real Estate Story
From Beverly Hills to Delray Beach, Mark Wahlberg’s latest move reflects a growing trend among Hollywood A-listers migrating east in search of more privacy, tax advantages, and space to build family-centered estates.
Whether Palazzo di Lago becomes his new primary residence or a luxurious seasonal retreat, one thing is certain: Wahlberg’s taste for grand design and his focus on family and wellness continue to define his life—on and off the big screen.
