Upon entry, a majestic foyer welcomes with its marble floors, Corinthian columns, and elaborate mirrors. Although listing images depict the residence adorned with various artworks including statues, paintings, and busts, it’s important to note that these items are not part of the sale, as clarified by Oliver.

On the main floor, a spacious great room features a bar, a fireplace, and French doors opening to a covered loggia with views of meticulously maintained grounds. Notably, there’s a raised platform housing a grand piano, as depicted in the listing pictures. A wood-paneled library is adorned with animal-print chairs, sumptuous upholstery, and an elegant chandelier, while the formal dining room accommodates seating for up to 20 individuals, according to Oliver. Additionally, there’s a speakeasy boasting jade-colored wood paneling, she noted.

Oliver chose not to disclose the reason behind Stewart’s decision to sell. Describing the property as “truly bespoke” and “very detailed,” she expressed her hope that it will attract buyers seeking “a return to maximalism” and something unique.

Recent transactions have solidified North Beverly Park’s status as one of the most desirable areas in the Los Angeles region, although some properties have sold for considerably less than their initial asking prices. For instance, actor Mark Wahlberg recently sold his Beverly Park residence for $55 million, a reduction from the $87.5 million he originally sought in April 2022, according to records.
