This new acquisition adds to Kendrick’s impressive real estate portfolio. In 2022, he purchased a $15.9 million estate in Bel-Air, originally built in the 1950s and designed by architect Edward Fickett, featuring seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and amenities like a swimming pool, a 4K movie theater, a gym, and a wine cellar. His previous investments include a $9.7 million mansion in Manhattan Beach in 2019 and a $2.6 million property in Calabasas. Kendrick’s first home purchase was a modest four-bedroom house in Eastvale in 2014.
