Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck recently passed on a stunning Los Angeles mansion, which is now available for $30 million

Earlier this year, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck entered escrow on a $34.5 million “Hamptons-esque” estate in Pacific Palisades, after an extensive home search. However, the deal fell through, and the couple eventually opted for an all-cash purchase of a $61 million compound in the mountains above Beverly Hills.

Now, the estate they passed on is back on the market for just under $30 million, listed by Sam Palmer and Blair Chang of The Agency, alongside Gary Glass of AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate. Nestled behind walls and gates on a 1-acre lot in Rustic Canyon, this newly built mansion was designed by architect Ken Ungar and boasts seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms across 15,000 square feet of luxurious living space, crafted by The House of Porter.

Main-level highlights feature a formal living room with a wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading outside, as well as a formal dining room with another fireplace and a bar. The cozy family room connects to a marble-clad kitchen equipped with double islands, high-end stainless steel appliances, a separate prep kitchen, and a breakfast nook.
