Former ‘Tonight Show’ host Jay Leno and his wife, Mavis, have bought an oceanfront mansion in Newport, Rhode Island.
Leno, aged 67, invested $13.5 million in the 18,000-square-foot mansion named Seafair. This luxurious property features eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, along with amenities such as a pool, a tennis court, and a private beach.
Fortunate for Leno, whose car collection even has its own Facebook page, the mansion includes a six-vehicle garage.
Melanie Delman, president of Lila Delman Real Estate, the agency that previously listed the property, expressed delight in welcoming Jay Leno to Newport. She remarked, “It’s wonderful to see more prominent people joining our community. We anticipate continued interest in Rhode Island, particularly regarding the numerous unique real estate opportunities we have to offer.”
