Paul Anka’s long-standing residence in the Los Angeles area, located within the Sherwood Country Club estate in Thousand Oaks, California. Situated approximately 40 miles from downtown L.A., this 7,791-square-foot home rests on nearly 6 acres of gated land, offering expansive views of the clubhouse and the neighboring mountains. Last week’s listing, managed by Mary Ann Scott of Beverly & Company and Team Nicki LaPorta and Karen Crystal at Compass, highlighted the luxurious lifestyle at Sherwood, which harmonizes opulence with the natural splendor of the nearby lake and the majestic Santa Monica Mountains.

The home is about 7,800 square feet.

According to PropertyShark records, Anka, who is 82 years old, acquired the property in 2007 for just under $4 million. Renowned for his hits like “Put Your Head on My Shoulder,” “Diana,” and “My Way” – Frank Sinatra’s iconic song for which Anka penned the English lyrics – the singer, songwriter, and actor’s representatives have yet to respond to a comment request.
