Dining favorites such as Le B. and Sant Ambroeus grace the cobblestone streets of New York’s West Village, where a fashionable crowd of Hollywood A-listers, including two-time Oscar winner Hilary Swank, resides. However, the neighborhood is soon to lose one Oscar-winning resident as the Colorado-based star of “Freedom Writers” has just listed her pied-à-terre in the Big Apple for $6.6 million. Swank bought the condo in 2009 for around $3.65 million, records show, and attempted to sell it in both 2022 and 2023 for $7.25 million.

The Superior Ink condominium development, completed in 2009 and designed by esteemed architect Robert A.M. Stern, is home to Swank’s unit. Positioned on the 16th floor, this sophisticated residence offers unobstructed views of New York City landmarks like the Empire State Building and the Hudson River. Spanning 1,441 square feet, the condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The listing is managed by Chris Kann and Jennifer Ireland of The Corcoran Group.
