The lead singer and songwriter of Heart, which she co-founded with her sister Nancy Wilson, purchased the home in spring 2019 for $885,000. She has used it as a vacation retreat to write songs and create music, according to the listing by Jennifer Martin Faulker and Kim Martin-Fisher of Douglas Elliman.

The estate has a private dock and 510 feet of waterfront footage.

The gated property, tucked away on a quiet country lane, features a two-story main house and a fully renovated guesthouse, totaling seven bedrooms and five bathrooms across over 6,000 square feet. A private dock extends along 510 feet of waterfront.

A bedroom.

The primary home includes a three-bedroom, three-bath layout with a spacious living area, a wood-clad kitchen with a center island, a butler’s pantry with a wine fridge, and a breakfast room by the fireplace. Additional features include a library, an office nook, and a principal bedroom with a wood-burning fireplace, along with a balcony and a lower-level lanai that overlooks a screened infinity-edge pool and spa.

There’s an elevator.

The guesthouse offers roughly 2,400 square feet with four bedrooms, two baths, a modern kitchen, a sunroom, and an elevator. The grounds also include a carport for four vehicles, an artisan well, an irrigation system, pump houses, an RV port, and a large workshop.

She has been recognized as one of the “Greatest Heavy Metal Vocalists of All Time” by Hit Parader and was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with Heart in 2013. She and Nancy received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2023 Grammys for their artistic contributions.
