In Beverly Hills, California, a residence once inhabited by Greta Garbo has been put up for sale at a reduced price of $10 million, marking a $2 million decrease. This six-bedroom, six-bathroom property was initially listed last summer at $12 million by another real estate agency. It was taken off the market in November and subsequently relisted under Markus Canter, Director of Luxury Properties at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Canter noted that the iconic Swedish film star resided there during the 1930s.
