Months after Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner sold their Miami mansion and announced their separation, the pop star has put his New York City condo on the market.
According to the New York Post, Jonas has relisted his Nolita condo for nearly $6 million. The “Camp Rock” star, who filed for divorce from the “Game of Thrones” actress in October, originally purchased the apartment in March 2018 for $5.6 million. A year later, the couple eloped at A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. Initially listed for $6.5 million in 2020, the condo failed to attract buyers, but the recent price reduction might change that.
The approximately 2,900-square-foot home is situated in a boutique condo built in 2015, featuring only 11 units, a 24-hour doorman, and a shared rooftop. Accessed by a keyed elevator that opens into a private foyer, the open-plan space boasts custom oak floors. The kitchen is outfitted with SieMatic cabinetry, marble counters, and high-end Miele appliances. The loft-like apartment includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a 1,450-square-foot landscaped terrace off the primary suite.
Before their highly publicized separation, Jonas and Turner owned several properties together. In 2019, they purchased a mansion in Encino for $14.1 million and sold it in 2021 for $15.2 million. They also bought a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired property in Miami for $11 million, which they recently sold for $15 million.
Additionally, the London Evening Standard reported that the couple was in the process of buying a country house near the Thames River in Oxfordshire before their split. Court filings indicate they had a contract to finalize the estate in December, but it’s unclear if either will proceed with the purchase.
The listing is held by Carl Gambino of The Gambino Group at Compass and Adam Modlin of Modlin Group.
