On the real estate front, McHale is selling his longtime Los Angeles home, a midcentury-modern property in Hollywood Hills, for just under $2 million—about $970,000 more than what he paid in spring 2012. The listing is managed by Marcia Glow of Coldwell Banker Realty. Marketed as a “serene haven,” the gray stucco and glass home, built in 1956, sits on a compact cul-de-sac. Inside, it features three bedrooms and two bathrooms across more than 2,000 square feet of living space, showcasing a blend of oak and stone floors, high wood-beam ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering city and canyon views.

The 36-year-old Texas native began his acting career by persuading his talent agent sister to let him audition for a local commercial and later joined the boy band NLT (“Not Like Them”) as one of the lead singers. He achieved fame with his breakout role on Glee in 2009, receiving Grammy, Screen Actors Guild, and Teen Choice nominations throughout the show’s six seasons. McHale has also appeared in True Blood and Glee: The 3D Concert Movie, and he co-hosts the And That’s What You Really Missed podcast on iHeartRadio with fellow Glee alum Jenna Ushkowitz.
