Gisele Bündchen has recently expanded her South Florida real estate portfolio by acquiring a new property. Already the owner of an $11.5 million contemporary residence in Miami Beach’s exclusive Indian Creek Country Club, known as the “Billionaire Bunker,” and just a short boat ride away from her ex-husband Tom Brady’s unfinished $27 million Miami Beach megamansion, Bündchen has now purchased an additional home in the region.
As reported by The Wall Street Journal, an entity linked to the Brazilian supermodel has purchased a 7.5-acre estate in the affluent Southwest Ranches neighborhood of Broward County for $9.1 million. This property, located on the eastern edge of the Florida Everglades and just 15 miles southwest of Fort Lauderdale, was last sold in November 2013 to a Mexico-born family for $1.65 million. It had been on and off the market for several years and was also available for rent at times, with a peak rental price of $75,000 per month. The property was re-listed in August 2023 for $10.5 million before being acquired by Bündchen at a notable discount.
Originally built in 1976, the home has undergone extensive renovations. Described as “a true gem” in the listing, it features nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms across nearly 5,200 square feet. Highlights include a floating staircase, a fireside living area, a gourmet kitchen with Calacatta quartz countertops, an oversized eat-in island, and an integrated refrigerator and oven. The master suite on the main level boasts a sitting area, a spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass shower. There is also a separate two-bedroom apartment.

The couple’s extensive property portfolio includes homes in the Bahamas, Montana, and a New York City apartment where Bündchen resided during their separation, as well as a vacation home in Costa Rica.
