Apparently, finding a buyer wasn’t as easy as making a single call! Charlie Puth’s long-time residence in the prestigious Trousdale Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills has remained unsold for almost five months since its initial listing at nearly $17 million. Now back on the market with new agents and a significantly reduced asking price of $14 million—approximately $3 million less than what the Grammy-nominated musician originally sought last November.

The 32-year-old native of New Jersey, currently engaged to his childhood friend Brooke Sansone, purchased the modernist home in winter 2017 for around $9 million. Designed by renowned architect Rex Lotery in the mid-1960s and known as “The de Cordova House” after its previous owners, longtime Tonight Show producer Freddie de Cordova and his socialite wife Janet, the stone, concrete, glass, and wood structure boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms within its recently renovated 4,800 square feet of living space.

Puth gained widespread recognition at the age of 18 through YouTube videos showcasing songs like “Someone Like You.” He later released his debut album, “Nine Track Mind,” in 2016, which reached No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart. Among his hit singles are “One Call Away,” “Marvin Gaye,” “We Don’t Talk Anymore,” and the theme song from “Furious 7,” “See You Again,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100 for 12 weeks. The song earned him three Grammy nominations, a Golden Globe nomination, and 9x platinum certification in the U.S.
