Now, the Los Angeles-based design/build duo has completed another transaction on a similarly reimagined property in the 90210 area. Originally listed at $4.2 million, the 3,400-square-foot Spanish Mediterranean-style home sold for just under $4 million to 27-year-old K-pop sensation Lalisa “Lisa” Manoban from the girl group Blackpink.

Records indicate that the House of Rolison team bought this property for nearly $2.4 million in spring 2023 and then transformed the century-old home with a contemporary flair while preserving its historic charm. Built in the early 1920s, the creamy stucco and stone structure now includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, featuring stylishly updated living spaces with stone walls and floors, custom-stained cedar ceilings, and imported Italian light fixtures. The home also boasts a brand-new terracotta roof.

Recently, she signed a deal with RCA Records to release new solo music while retaining full ownership of her recordings. Additionally, Lisa, a Bulgari brand ambassador, is set to make her acting debut in the upcoming third season of the HBO series “The White Lotus.”
