When the current owners purchased the property, they expanded it with additional land and added hiking and riding trails.

Additionally, there is a 7,000 square foot Moroccan-style guest house complete with a spa, sauna, and Jacuzzi. An additional two-bedroom stable house and a safe room are also on-site.
