The lavish celebrity estate, spanning 16 acres in Benedict Canyon, Los Angeles, was listed on the market today. Singer Cher owned the property in the 1980s before selling it to comedian Eddie Murphy for just $6.4 million, who resided there until 1995.

Previously owned by celebrities like Cher and Eddie Murphy, this mansion could be yours for $85 million. The 20,000 square foot main house, currently undergoing renovations, features a tennis court, swimming pool, and equestrian facilities. When the current owners purchased the property, they expanded it with additional land and added hiking and riding trails.
Additionally, there is a 7,000 square foot Moroccan-style guest house complete with a spa, sauna, and Jacuzzi. An additional two-bedroom stable house and a safe room are also on-site. Listing agent Aaron Kirman from John Aaroe Group stated, “The unparalleled privacy and acreage in Beverly Hills, combined with the equestrian component and riding trails, makes this a unique opportunity for a buyer looking to own a true trophy estate.”
