The Brooklyn Nets’ point guard managed to auction off the modern dwelling for $13.552 million, inclusive of a 12% buyer’s premium, or $12.1 million excluding fees. Simmons, a three-time All-Star originally from Australia, purchased the property in 2021 for $17.5 million through a limited liability company, according to PropertyShark records. Situated in the Hidden Hills neighborhood of the city, the residence has been intermittently listed on the market, with asking prices fluctuating from $22.9 million to its most recent listing at $17.495 million.

Bidding commenced on April 18, and the property was sold before the auction concluded, with Simmons approving an attractive bid, as reported by a representative from Concierge Auctions, in partnership with Beverly Hills Estates.

According to listing records, the transaction was finalized last week. However, details of the sale have not yet been made public, preventing Mansion Global from disclosing the identity of the buyer.
