Dave Hagewood, the founder of Psyonix, known for the hit game “Rocket League,” has traded his sailing adventures for a permanent residence in Los Angeles. Recent records indicate that he and his wife, Danielle, purchased a luxurious mansion in Brentwood for $11.5 million, down from its original listing price of $13 million.

Constructed in 2019 by developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati, the home boasts 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms within 9,300 square feet of elegantly designed space featuring custom light fixtures, smart-home technology, and numerous fireplaces. Nestled in a secluded cul-de-sac on over a third of an acre, the modern three-story property is accessed through gates and high hedges.

In addition to this purchase, Hagewood recently acquired a 184-foot Benetti superyacht valued at $25 million and still owns a Mediterranean-style villa in San Diego, bought for $2.7 million in 2020. The mansion was listed by The Agency and Douglas Elliman.
