Around a year ago, Robert Herjavec created quite a stir by shelling out $26 million for a property in Hidden Hills, a gated Los Angeles suburb famous for being the primary residence of many Kardashian family members and numerous other celebrities. This purchase marked the highest price ever paid for a home in this exclusive community.

Given this background, it’s not entirely unexpected that Herjavec, an experienced judge on Shark Tank and the CEO of a renowned IT security company bearing his name, has decided to put one of his other luxurious residences up for sale. This particular one is a lavish penthouse in New York City, listed at $38.5 million. Situated atop One57, a well-known 75-story skyscraper on Manhattan’s prestigious “Billionaires’ Row,” Herjavec’s penthouse occupies an entire upper floor. He acquired this penthouse nearly three years ago for approximately $32 million.

The foyer.

Accessed via a private elevator landing, the condo boasts grandeur right from its entrance. A 26-foot-wide foyer leads to the expansive “grand salon,” a great room offering breathtaking views through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. With 58 feet of Central Park frontage and panoramic views of the New York skyline, this space is truly remarkable.

Glossy hardwood floors run throughout the home.

The residence spans 6,240 square feet and includes four ensuite bedrooms, including a 1,350-square-foot primary suite with its own wing, featuring a sitting area, dressing room, and a luxurious marble bathtub. Custom finishes and furnishings abound, from Venetian plaster ceilings to glossy Brazilian herringbone wood floors. The kitchen impresses with custom lacquered millwork and premium Miele and Sub-Zero appliances.

Other highlights include a state-of-the-art home automation system and building amenities like valet parking, a health club, private pool and spa, dining and screening rooms, a library, billiards room, and 24/7 concierge service, even a pet spa. All of these luxurious features come with a monthly HOA bill exceeding $11,800.

The office.

Apart from his Hidden Hills estate, Herjavec owns several other multimillion-dollar properties, including a bayfront retreat in Newport Beach, a $15 million mansion in Sydney, Australia, and a waterfront residence in Muskoka Lakes, Canada.
