Model Miranda Kerr has put her long-held Malibu estate on the market for sale

Ten years ago, shortly after her divorce from actor Orlando Bloom, Miranda Kerr purchased a 0.73-acre property in a secluded corner of Malibu for $2.2 million. Now, with her marriage to billionaire Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel and a global collection of luxurious homes, Kerr has decided to sell the hillside compound for nearly $4.5 million. Over the past decade, she has extensively upgraded the property, which includes a main house and three additional buildings, reflecting both her personal touches and the rising property values in Malibu.

The main house, spanning nearly 2,200 square feet, features open-plan living spaces with all-white interiors, wide-plank wood floors, and a vaulted, beamed ceiling. It boasts serene ocean views through pentagonal windows and includes a living room with a stone fireplace, a dining area with ocean-view glass sliders, and an upgraded kitchen separated by a snack counter. The master bedroom offers Palladian-style windows opening to an ocean-view deck and a renovated bathroom with an oversized skylit shower.

Outside, the property features a brick terrace surrounding the swimming pool and spa, as well as a large, partially covered deck wrapping around the dining room end of the house. Brian Goldberg of Luxury Malibu Property holds the listing, highlighting the property’s Hollywood history—it was owned by actor James Whitmore until his death in 2009. Kerr and Spiegel primarily reside in Brentwood, Los Angeles, in a mansion previously owned by Harrison Ford, alongside their properties in Paris, Australia, and a sprawling estate in Holmby Hills nearing completion.
