Six years ago, Riley Keough purchased a charming Tudor-style cottage in the Atwater Village neighborhood of Los Angeles for $1.3 million. Now, the veteran actress—best known for her role as Daisy in the rock series “Daisy Jones & the Six” and for her celebrity heritage as the eldest grandchild of Elvis and Priscilla Presley and daughter of Lisa Marie Presley—has listed the property for just under $1.6 million. She and her Australian stuntman/actor husband, Ben Smith-Petersen, have owned the home since winter 2018.

The listing, held by Todd Bachenheimer and Sherri Rogers of Compass, describes the renovated 1920s dwelling as a “modern interpretation of a classic Tudor home.” The cottage features two bedrooms and two bathrooms in nearly 1,200 square feet of living space, boasting hardwood floors throughout. The dark-hued stucco and timber-accented structure is fronted by high hedges and a gated walkway leading to a private courtyard and an aquamarine-painted entry door.

Inside, a spacious living room with a coved ceiling includes a built-in bench topped by a picture window. An adjacent dining area connects to a kitchen with frosted-glass cabinetry, a subway tile backsplash, butcher block countertops, and newer appliances. The primary bedroom has French doors that open to a semi-circular deck, dual closets, and a bath with a custom vanity and soaking tub.

An attic has been transformed into a bonus space with a built-in daybed, seating alcove, and shelving. The serene grounds, which span less than a quarter-acre, feature several spots for al fresco lounging and entertaining, as well as a standalone sauna. There’s also an attached garage with room for one vehicle.

She is also the co-proprietor of the Felix Culpa production company and became the sole owner of Elvis Presley Enterprises and Graceland after her mother’s death in 2023.
