Josh Flagg, already the owner of a fixer-upper in Beverly Hills featured in the latest season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, is reportedly expanding his property portfolio with another home in the 90210 area. This newly acquired residence is a renovated modernist property in the upscale Trousdale Estates neighborhood.

As first reported by TMZ, Flagg is currently under contract to buy the mid-1960s home from singer-songwriter Charlie Puth in an off-market deal for an undisclosed amount. The property was initially listed for nearly $17 million late last year but has since seen several price reductions, settling at its current $11 million. Puth purchased the house about seven years ago for around $9 million. Designed by renowned architect Rex Lotery, the residence is famously known as “The de Cordova House,” named after its previous owners, Freddie de Cordova, a longtime producer of The Tonight Show, and his socialite wife, Janet.

This split-level home features four bedrooms and five bathrooms within 4,800 square feet, showcasing terrazzo-clad rooms that open to courtyards with canyon and city views. Situated on a half-acre ridge, the stone, glass, and redwood structure is secured behind gates and hedges, featuring a spacious motor court with space for up to nine vehicles.

Upon entering through double front doors, guests are greeted by a striking floating staircase leading to a grand living room with built-in shelving and expansive glass walls. The main level also includes a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, a dining room featuring a sculptural chandelier, and a gourmet kitchen with wood cabinetry, marble countertops, a central island, commercial-grade appliances, and a concealed refrigerator. The upstairs primary suite boasts a spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, a steam shower, and a sauna. The landscaped grounds feature a pool, fire pit, and multiple areas perfect for outdoor lounging and entertaining.

In addition to his soon-to-be former Beverly Hills residence, Puth owns properties in Studio City and Santa Barbara. Flagg, meanwhile, retains his 7,100-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion, purchased sight unseen for $9.2 million in spring 2022, as well as a property on Miami Beach’s exclusive North Bay Road.
