If you’ve ever watched Mary Berry Cooks and dreamed of preparing a meal on the powder blue AGA range in her charming country kitchen, now’s your chance.

The former Buckinghamshire home of the iconic Great British Bake Off judge is on the market with Savills for £3.5 million (approximately $4.3 million). Known as Watercroft, Berry and her husband, Paul Hunnings, bought the property in 1988 and lived there for about 30 years before selling it in 2019. The house was also the setting for many episodes of Berry’s popular TV shows. The property spans around 9,000 square feet and includes a six-bedroom Queen Anne-style main house, a detached two-bedroom guest cottage, a coach house, and several outbuildings. The four-acre grounds feature a tennis court, formal gardens, and a natural pond.

“Watercroft is full of character and charm with its exceptional period and historical features,” says Ben Dommett, head of Savills Beaconsfield. “Given its history as the home of a renowned food writer, chef, baker, and TV presenter, the kitchen is equipped with top-notch appliances and fittings, including the well-known AGA and a refrigerated larder.” The main house also includes three reception rooms: a wood-paneled dining room with an open fireplace and hidden cupboards, a drawing room with bow windows, a family room, and an office.

Don’t be surprised if Mary Berry stops by. “Since we’ve been here, Mary often visits if there’s something happening in the village,” says seller Lucy Patten. “She’ll come over for a cup of tea and even hosted a party to introduce us to the neighbors. They’re all very friendly.”

There are three reception rooms for both formal and casual entertaining.
